The problem
Residential cleaning is a category where every site looks the same: a stock photo of a gloved hand on a countertop, a generic promise, a form. When the choice is between six identical pages, the customer picks on price — which is the worst way for a good operator to compete.
What we built
A site with a face and a voice. The brand is loud on purpose — the illustrated hero, the pink and teal, the flamingo — because the differentiator here is a specific local person, woman-owned and licensed, not an anonymous crew. The copy says so directly.
The mechanics stay disciplined underneath the personality. A free-quote form and a call-or-text line sit in the hero, trust chips carry the licensing, and the services split cleanly between residential and commercial so a property manager and a homeowner both find themselves quickly.
How we shipped it
Laravel and Inertia on our own infrastructure — and this one doubles as our owner-quickstart reference build, the codebase we point at when a new local-services client asks what they are getting.
Outcome
A Brevard County cleaner has a site nobody confuses with the other six results. Quotes and texts land with her directly, and the branding does the differentiating so the pricing does not have to.
