The problem
When a drain backs up, a homeowner isn’t reading brochures — they’re calling the first plumber who looks licensed, local, and reachable right now. A drain-clearing and plumbing crew in Brevard County needed a site that answered that panic in a single screen, instead of burying the phone number under stock photos and filler.
What we built
A same-day lead-generation site built around a “Tell us what is going on” callback form — name, phone or email, city, and service type — with a 24-hour emergency line pinned to the top bar for after-hours. Around it: a plain breakdown of the work (drain clearing, water heater, general plumbing, and a “not sure what you need?” catch-all), a Brevard County service-area grid (Melbourne, Palm Bay, Titusville, Cocoa, Merritt Island, Viera, Rockledge, Satellite Beach), reviews, and a light/dark theme. Leads land straight with the crew — no lead-reseller taking a cut in the middle.
How we shipped it
Built on Laravel with an Inertia + React front end and Tailwind on PostgreSQL — the same lead-first pattern behind our other Space Coast home-services sites — and deployed from git onto an AWS box we run. Mobile-first, tuned to load fast on a phone in a driveway.
Outcome
321 Drains is live — licensed, insured, on call 24/7 — turning “drain emergency near me” searches into booked callbacks that belong to the crew, not to a directory.
